Technical Skills Required
- Responsible for the education delivery sessions as per the Academic Policy of the School.
- Plan for the timely coverage of the syllabus.
- Usage of appropriate guidelines and equipment for education delivery.
- Maintain pertinent records of education delivery and student behavior & development etc.
- Review delivery and amend as suggested.
- Be aware of developmental milestones and minimum learning levels.
- Look after students’ well-being in school and during trips outside.
- Monitor safe arrival & dispersal of students.
- Maintain & change the classroom boards as per the theme.
- Perform the work delegated for School events and activities.
- Use appropriate tools to make classroom teaching effective.
- Maintain attendance & leave records.
- Ensure timely communication with parents.
- Attend all planning, reporting meetings, assemblies, functions, and professional development programs.
Organize the supplies and material needed for class activities; and liaison with the respective coordinator/ Head of environment/KS
