Job Description
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to provide information and promote our products/services.
• Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target audiences.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain a detailed record of customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback in our CRM system.
• Meet and exceed individual and team targets for call volume, sales, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to implement sales strategies and campaigns.
• Continuously update your knowledge of our products/services to provide accurate information to customers.
• Assist in customer retention efforts through follow-up calls and periodic check-ins.
• Provide insights and feedback to management regarding customer preferences and market trends.
