- Excellent verbal communication skills and telephone Etiquette.
- Proven track record of successful sales experience preferred.
- Communicating with customers.
- Making outbound calls to potential customers.
- Developing new leads.
- Creating and maintaining customer database.
- Explaining product features and benefits.
- Closing sales and achieving quotas.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
- Strong phone presence and experience dialling dozens of calls per day.
- Strong listening and presentation skills.
- Explaining product features and benefits.
- Do follow-ups and with the focus on conversion.
- Maintain records related to Client follow up.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Meeting arrangement and co-ordination.
- Account management, Client relation and Customer success.
- Tech-savvy and Proficient with MS Office Tools (Excel, Power Point), Email etc.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2-5 years of experience in lead generation/B2B/B2C sales/Tech Service.
- Looking for candidates with international BPO experience.
- Male candidates only.
- Graduate in related field.
